Shipping policy

- Custom Orders: All custom orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Premade Orders: All premade orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Tumbler Orders: Orders for tumblers are processed within 3 to 5 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. A subsequent notification will be sent when your order has shipped, along with the expected delivery date. Please be advised that any orders placed after 3 PM will be processed starting the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that high volumes of orders may lead to potential delays. However, we are committed to processing your order as swiftly as possible.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Policy on Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products:

At Keia Creations, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, please be advised that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products once they have been handed over to USPS for delivery.

In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we are unable to provide replacements. We recommend contacting USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 for assistance with these matters.
